Right of Permanent Residence for FSW Fee Online Payment Receipt

Hi Everyone,

A simple question:
How long does it take for the receipt (from subj) of online payment to arrive by email (or available on the web) after the payment?
I've made a payment yesterday but still have no receipt.

I am facing same problem I have tran. reference number and printout showing transaction is approved but not having receipt and when i go to view all receipts page it shows no receipts found.... any solution on the same pls help...

Hi Guys,

Must be an issue in CIC Systems......Do one thing->

1. Try to login to ur MyCIC Account. You should be able to view your receipts here->
https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/

2. If <1> fails, try to contact CIC at HPM.PROD @ cic.gc.ca/ fax at 613-952-6399...If u don't have the Receipt No. quote the "the first two and the last four digits of the credit card as well as the expiration date." while mailing....This is the only mail id I can see they have given for Contact although this scenario is not covered...Source->

You should be able to see the receipt in about 24-36hrs after paying the fee. I got to see mine today & also got in my email account after paying on May 14th 2015.

I have paid my RPRF in online today. During my payment it did not ask my details like Identification number OR date of birth.

In my RPRF receipt my name (same in the credit card) only mentioned, no other details are there. Identification number, date of birth and address is showing blank. should i fill these information by hand writing? I am confused now. please help me what happened in your case. please advise.

I have the same situation. Client ID and DoB are empty. I will mail it to Visa Office as it is and as instructed.
