Right of Permanent Residence Fees with Police Clearance Certificate

Hi

I have applied through London Office as Skilled Worker and recently I got the request to submit the RPRF alongwith PCC. I couldnot submit Police Certificate with my earlier application. Getting a PCC seems difficult at the moment and it will take 3-4 months so if I reply to their mail with the fees, will I get the medical request or my application will not be processesed any further without Police Certificate?

N.B. I have been to many countries and I submitted 3 Police certificates for 3 countries, only Police Certificate for 1 country is missing.

You won't get a medical request and your application will probably sit while they wait for the PCC.

Police Certificate will take 4-5 months and Canadian Immigration is asking to submit within 3 months so if I only submit the fees, they will not start the processing?

I am in similar situation with Buffalo office...they asked to provide 2 police certificates and gave me 2 months for that (and sent me this letter just before Christmas vacations...).
No way I am going to make it in 2 months period, so I will have to ask for extention.

My lawyer, however, says that they most probably will send medicals before they get certificates, as one thing is not connected to another (according to him)...

you can send the fee and send the PCC whenever its ready. You may get medicals after you send the RPRF fee.

by the way, did you receive email from London office for this request or by regular post?

I also received the letters just before christmas. Can I transfer my application to Buffalo Office as I am in US now or when they call for interview, I can make it in US rather than going to Dubai?

You can request that London transfer for your file, but they will only transfer if "it enhances the integrity of the immigration program". They won't transfer if London requests an interview. It will be in Dubai.
