RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE should be paid for both my spouse and I

The CIC says that:

RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE( TO BE PAID BY PRINCIPAL APPLICANT and SPOUSE /COMMON LAW PARTNER) is 415 USD.

Does that mean I have to pay double 2*415 = 830USD for both my spouse and I? (Not only 415 USD for both of us), is that correct?

The right of PR fee is for each person so yeah, you pay it once for you, once for the spouse.
