Hi,

I need help in calculating the fees to be paid for Right of Permanent Admission Fees. I have applied under Federal Skilled worker to Bufallo Consulate. My file was transfered to New york Consulate and I was asked to get my medicals done for myself, my wife and Kid (4 years old). I am also asked to pay Right of Permanent Admission Fees X 2. There is no mention to pay for my kid.

I have applied for myself, my spouse and Kid (4 years old). The letter mentions a fees schedule for the Right of Permanent Admission Fees principle applicant and spouse. As per the revised fees from Nov 15 it is $455 per person. It also mentions the fees of $ 150 for each depedent child less than 22 years old

Do I need to pay $910 (Principle and Spouse) or $1060 ($910 + $150 (For dependent kid less than 22 years)).

Please let me know as soon as possible. Anybody who has applied with kids less than 22 years... please reply

Regards

1. You and your spouse are the only ones that are required to pay the RPRF, the child does not have to pay. You already paid the $150 when you submitted the application 2x$550 and 1x$150.
