It will take a long time to get the PCC from Pune as the passport office have to give you clearence for Pune as well as Ahmedabad. I would suggest you go to Ahemedabad and apply. I applied in Bangalore in the morning and the same day evening I got my PCC. My passport was issued from Bangalore. SPS
