Revoked GCKey accidentally

What to do? Can't access to an account.
Creating a new account and somehow linking it to an old one seems to have not been working for many people!

I applied for visitor visa for my whole family (me, my wife and daughter) through one GCKey account. But I accidentally revoked my account. Then I used the application codes to link the applications back into a new account that I created. The problem is my daughter’s application is the only one that did not recover. Can someone advise please?
