revoke of CZ because of Tax

Dear friends

first i would like to thank you for the efforts and help you put in this forum.

I just heard that Canada issued a law for citizen who gained their citizenship as immigrants , then left to work out side Canada , they have to pay taxes after the first 5 years outside , otherwise " their CZ will be revoked " .

please let me know if that is true or not and if there is any details .
