Review time after providing additional document requested by CIC

Hello all

I am eager to know what is normal reviewed/received time after providing additional document requested by CIC online? I uploaded the document last week and still status is showing "Provided". Once it will change to "Reviewed" or "Received" status, application must approve thereafter.

Any suggestions!!!!!
