I have created a small itinerary for my moms travel plan to canada. Please review and let me know if more details needs to be added .

In the PURPOSE of Travel, i have mentioned the primary purpose as "Reuniting with family" & "Toursim".

Has she applied because processing from UAE is a year. So do you mean 2022. Itinerary is ok but seems like a lot of driving across the province for such a short visit. Assume she is fully vaccinated.

Should we be considering the processing times while preparing the itinerary ? The plan was to apply for 2021 rather than 2022

No, we haven't started the application yet. I'm still preparing the required docs.

and yes, she has been fully vaccinated ( pfizer )

Since it is September 21 and processing is a year, you may want to take that into consideration. You can apply with that itinerary as VOs will not expedite it and when processsing times pass, it will still be processed (Refusal or approval).

I'd like to ask for one more favor. I have prepared an Invitation letter for the same purpose addressed from my brother who resides in CANADA. If you could review it please let me know. I don't want to post it in here as i had made some efforts in drafting it.

Hi,
I'm applying for my parents with my sister (Canadian citizen) as their host. They are planning a trip for 5 months. We are planning to write a word document as itinerary with a brief overview of the trip, stating that they plan to stay with the host (sister) and visit few places (eg, Toronto & Niagara in May, Banff & Jasper in June etc.) without mentioning any dates. Btw mentioned they want to provide emotional support during sister's pregnancy as primary reason.
