REVIEW REQUIRED on duties - help

Dear all,

I got my GCMS not today and it say REVIEW REQUIRED With below comment. my company is not supporting with employer letter. while sending doc to CIC, my company gave me letter with out my duties and responsibility. please suggest me senior the best way get this problem.

I think you have to somehow get a support letter with your duties on that. Duties are the most important part.
Why your company didn't give you letter with duties ?
If company was not giving you, what about your supervisor or manager ? You can talk to them and see if they willing to sign on the letter to prove your duties to CIC.

yes two of my provided me ref. letter and ready for any help and call from CIC

Are you on closed work permit ? If Yes then you got a petition documents. It could be possible that they mentioned your duties and NOC details over there.

You can do one thing

1) Create one mail with your NOC code + Role + Duties and drop a mail to your HR/Manager or any supervisor.

At least you will get a response from them that they are not ready to provide.

Just take a print out and tell them CIC but I would suggest to get it to secure your PR. Otherwise, rejection will come that they are not satisfied with your roles/duties.

Hi Sjulien,

My company put petition document for close work permit and due to AOR i got open work permit. but they did not share the petition document.

I have rejection mail from my HR in main itself i mention my complete letter with my duties and responsibilities. currently I have two doc

1. Rejection mail from my HR
2. Two ref. letter from permanent employee ( one in PR holder and one is citizen of Canada) of the same origination .

Do you still have the offer letter that describes your initial responsibilities? FYI, we are on the same industry...

Hi,

I am in the same boat. GCMS notes say the same thing. Also, since employer had refused, I got a senior colleague to sign a letter detailing my roles responsibilities in it. I sent his visiting card too.

Even then, I got the same notes.

I am clueless of what more I can do to recover from the situation.

Technically, you should have to submit reference letter including role,duration of employment, yearly salary, duties as per NOC which they mentioned in (Checklists documents).

Otherwise, it will impact on your application.

Suggest you take a sign on letterhead from your Superior else try to convenience them to get it. If your company is big IT and multinational company then better to explain in cover letter with proof that why you are not getting letter. However, you can share supervisor/HR contact details for further verification.

Ask them to provide at least employment letter which includes your designation, salary etc.. Tell them that you want a car loan/personal loan so bank need a employment details
