No, the start and end dates are on the employer letter, but not on this duties letter.

Oh okay.. I guess that could be the issue. It is similar to another member's issue where he had responsibilities alone in a separate page which was not signed or dated or in letterhead. But he eventually got ppr as the officer was convinced with other proof.

If you are planning to send anything to mitigate, like a new responsibilities letter or something, make sure you address this specifically.
