Review Required - Advise needed

Hello,

This is a summarised version of my situation,

Mar 30, 2020 - AOR

Aug 2020 - Documents uploaded for a newborn along with updated proof of funds

Sep 2021 - GCMS notes received stating: APPEARS FUNDS NOT MET DUE TO ADDITIONAL DEPENDENT. PLS REVIEW (Note Dated: 14th Dec 2020)

Sep 2021 - Uploaded the updated proof of funds along with dependent kit via webform (confirmation of receipt via an agent on call)

24 Nov 2021 - Dependent application kid + medicals requested by IRCC

25th Nov 2021 - Uploaded them once again + updated proof of funds (just in case) [ However, medicals were valid since Apr 2020 so uploaded them rather than going for a new one for the dependent ]

22 Mar 2022 - No change in application + Review still required + Officer has not seen my file since the last request in Nov 2021

I have called them multiple times, uploaded all the relevant documents yet no officer has seen my file since requesting the dependent kit in Nov 2021.

Did anyone else go through the same experience? I would highly appreciate people's thoughts and advice related to my issue.

My app remains in RR since more than a year ago if it makes you feel better. Meds expired and not renewed, planning on redoing it mid year and see if it triggers a review. I won't be surprised if I'm one of those 36 monthers
