Can u tell me how can we get bassinet for our infant because even I am going to carry my 1 year baby. Have u booked directly from Emirates or any agents if any agent pls give me his contact details. Is this stay at hotel will be given by airline to everybody or u have opted for?

Guys,

Before you book airline tickets through an agent, it is a good idea to check the websites of the individual airlines to see what deals they are offering. You may be surprised but a lot of times, the airline website will give you a much cheaper rate than the agent.

We first checked makemytrip.com, cleartrip.com to know the options. Then we directly checked the airline website. Then my husband and I went to Emirates' office and discussed the options. They have facility to book ticket through web without paying it through the credit card. All you need to do is to go to the nearest Emirates office and pick up the ticket within two days of booking. We paid through bank draft in the name of "Emirates".
Please book ticket early as the bassinet seats are likely to be booked much earlier. We purchased our ticket for 6th May 2010 on 2nd January 2010 yet found only one bassinet seat left empty in Calcutta-Dubai flight. You can confirm the bassinet by booking your seats when the ticket is purchased.
The hotel stay is included in the ticket fare and you need not to pay anything extra for that. They will mention it in the ticket. It's Dubai airport hotel, a five star one, name is Millennium hotel.

We plan to travel from delhi to toronto , where can i find the cheapest airtickets on a good airline.

Which season offers the cheapest airtickets , did you book the tickets from the online ticket sites like makemytrip , these sites donot offer any schemes like u got ( ticket + hotel acco ) , where does one find such schemes... tell us in detail , we are new to air travel...are the cheapest fares available on the airline site lower than those advertised on sites like clearmytrip.com....or do the ticketing ajents offer the cheapest tickets... we request you give us max details..

This website is not like travel site which books ticket for you but is an engine to search cheapest tickets and then redirects you to the site which is offering the cheapest tickets

I want to book a ticket from delhi to toronto. My queries are : 1) If i book thru a ticketing agent , i have to give him a photocopy of my passpot & visa. Are those documents needed in case of a online ticket ? If so ,where do i have to submit them ? 2) If i book thru a agent , then a few days before my departure i have to reconfirm my tickets . If i book theu emirates site , will i need to reconfirm my tickets . 3) If i have to change my return date , how do i change incase of a ticket booked on emirates site. 4) how do i make the payment , are payments secure ?

1) You will need to provide a copy of your visa to buy an international air ticket for countries where visa is required. We had to submit the same to Emirates office to buy the ticket. Passport copies are required to fill in important data for buying the ticket.
2) No idea about buying tickets through agent. I have bought it directly from Emirates office and I need not to confirm anymore. It's already confirmed. A ticket is confirmed when bought.
3) There is a charge need to be paid if you want to change/cancel your ticket after buying (not booking). You have to call up the emirates customer care and tell them your ticket reference number to do so.
4) In Emirates website, there are two options to pay for your ticket. (A) You can pay online by card.
(B) You can book a ticket through website and pickup the ticket from your nearest Emirates office within 48 hours of booking by paying them through cash/credit card/debit card/ bank draft in the name of 'Emirates'. We obtained the second option. Your web booking will be canceled if not bought within next 48 hours.
