Review of eligibility

How do i know if the review of eligibility of my application has started or not ?

really? because when i submitted my application in may, it has already said so. and after i got aip in august, it says so even today.

My understanding is, eligibility is the main factor and encompasses almost all aspects (bona-fide student, financially capable, you've proved you will return, etc..).....this will stay under review pretty much until you get approval. The other aspects are the technicalities such as biometrics, medicals, any other documents, etc... Don't hold your breath waiting for eligibility to change even after getting an AIP.
