If the question is for me (?):
AIP (APR for Outlanders) is based on PASSING (or "meeting", in CIC speak) the eligibility requirements to apply for a PR.

They then assess the results of: BG, Criminality, Security, and Medical (Admissibility) to make a final DM. They conduct BG, Security, and Criminality in parallel (as they use outside sources for them) as they start the application. myCIC's wording is next to useless, IMHO.

This is what had be anxious---the fact that according to MyCIC, CPC Mississauga had not started eligibility but if it is done in parallel that is good because then it means it has already started. Appreciate the explanation.
