Just want to place my timeline here so others could get an idea

Non-SDS
Apply from Malaysia
Visa office in Singapore

Submit application: 22 March 2021
Biometric gave in March
Provided police certificate and medical exam in April
Pass medical exam: 1 May 2021
Correspondence letter for medical exam: 5 May 2021

I am still waiting for the decision.

Got my BVL on June 29 in Ircc portal, the document labelled as 'correspondence letter'. The eligibility review started on the same day.

I went for medicals upfront as mine was SDS, and submitted it as I submitted my application.

ok sounds good. Mine is non- sds i am the student. I am not sure if my husband requires a medical, it has not determined yet . I don’t see BvL but the eligibility started

I did not do an upfront medical exam. IRCC requested it after one month of the application.

how do i know if they need it. I am an applicant from USA. But my husband is in Pakistan ( who is a dependent on my application for an open work permit). There is no medical request for him yet but eligibility review has started for him

Applicants from these countries will need medical exam

Medical exam result last for a year so that might be the reason he does not need one if he has done it before

it’s his first time applying, he has never done a medical exam

today it been one month and 2 dayz my eligibility review is not started yet .
applied- 10 june
medical updated -15 june
wht would i do now after medical update no update yet ...when i will expect my eligibility will starts and i will recieve my result (non sds)
should i call ircc ? or wait?

You applied on the 10th of June. You are still well inside normal processing times. So I would suggest you wait.

Some of us applied much earlier than you (I'm April 6th) and eligibility hasn't started for us either.

Hi guys... I submitted my file on 14 June and my biometric was on 21 June and it got updated on the same day and medical too was updated on 2 July.. Still my review of eligibility has not started...

What should I do.. Should I raise webform?
