Biometrics Submitted - 25/06.
Review of eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements - (same as from the start).
Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information (25/06).
How come the latter two are still unresolved simultaneously ?
What is the expected timeframe from this point forward ?

IRCC will close them one by one, it can be anywhere 3-6 from AOR for 80% or the application, if you have issues then you will be part of the unlucky 20% there is no time limit may even go for years. There are many threads in the forums where you can research the various stages and how much each stage takes.
