Everyone's application progresses differently so it's never possible to tell you exactly what to expect, but no one can give you any advice if we don't know what stage you're at. Have you been transferred to a visa office already? Sponsor approval? You might want to provide your timeline so folks can get an idea of where you are currently in the process

Medical passed in May 31
2nd July file transfer to CPC Mississauga
19 July email for additional documents (more wedding pic)
21st July upload pic PDF file on GCKEY.
22nd July reviewing additional documents.
Alright, well now you've just gotta wait for them to review the documents they requested. At this point, they're making a decision about whether or not they think your relationship is genuine, and will make a decision on the PA. If your documents clarify whatever they were unsure about, the next thing you will hear from them is the passport request. Good luck!
