Dear All,

I had come to Canada in 2014 for my bachelors and I had to leave Canada in 2018 without completing my graduation back to india. It has been 8 months. And I have only a year to go. I have recieved the re-admission letter and have got an 8 band in ielts again. I had some pending debts in Canada which I paid off after coming back to india also I have paid my taxes.i also have a new GIC certificate from CIBC ready to go. Thus, I have the following queries.

1. What do I do to reapply for student visa ( I understand I have to do a fresh visa)

2. What should I include in my new SOP in order to make it much more favourable?

3. Is there any other thing I need to include as a safety precaution to further support my return?

Regards

Yes it did last year and I left the country
thanks for replying, brother. Actually I'm a situation where I left Canada but my TRV and Study permit is still valid for next one year and now I'll be returning after 8 months to Canada.Idk if I should apply for a new visa or they'll let me in on the same one.

A study permit isn't a travel document but since yours is valid you can get an electronic travel authorization to re-enter with no issues.

Also please let me know if you have any insights on my scenario

Well my TRV is still valid. So I don't think there's any reason for getting an ETA.

In your case,I guess the SOP has to play the part. You have to tell the VO about why you came back all of a sudden and I would suggest giving a proof of the same while applying for a new visa. And yes, your application should be a normal one as you cannot apply for an extension. Tell them that you have always been a genuine student and have followed all the laws. And do mention why the completion of this course is important for you and I think you are good to go.

Do I include the fact that I paid off my debts and add my tax documents of Canada?
