I was studying in Vancouver Canada from August 2013 - June 2018. My study permit was valid until June 2018 and I decided to come home to Pakistan for a few months and then decided to extend my stay. I have been here since May 2018 (1 year 1 month). I will be applying for a study permit to finish my undergraduate degree online through the CIC website and I was wondering if I need to take the IELTS exam again before I do so. I have high grades in my English courses from the university I was studying at and only have 2 semesters left until I graduate.
Also, how early/late can I apply to get a visa (My classes will start on Sept. 4).
