Are they made in the embassy of the country you are residing in or are they made in Canada and then the decision is sent to the embassy closest to you?

Did you apply online or on paper? I applied online. And nope still haven't received anything after these emails from them.

Yeah but I applied online. I did not send a paper application in. If you read the second email, it clearly states the decision on the results of your visa that has been processed has been received. So far, I have not received anything on my CIC account since these emails on Oct. 25th
