A Canadian PR who has a multiple entry US Visa, and has a sibling (a US citizen ) living in Seattle.This Canadian PR is short of 730 days' residency obligation by few days but has a valid PR card Canada. ( Expiry is more than 2 years away)
Please suggest which route she should take to enter Canada to avoid being reported at POE:
A. Road border crossing in a private car accompanied by her US citizen sibling .The Canada PR herself has a passport from a country which is not
visa exempt. OR
B. She should enter thru automated kiosk at Vancouver airport.
She has H and C grounds for violating RO
