Just returned to rainy Vancouver, and it is not so rainy... interesting. I could get SJTD to come back after 7 years of absence and it was a nightmare. Could not extend my papers while back home, and could not come back here... was in between )). Now I have to wait couple month for new PR to come. Without PR I can not apply for BC care card, without Service Card (Health car) I can not apply for MSP, without proper photo ID - none of the banks are opening an account.
I have SIN but it seems it is not enough for serious positions...Conclusion^ do not leave Canada with PR that is going to be expired soon and comply to RO. Anyway it is good uphere, even in this situation I got helped from Assistance while waiting for all papers to come and looking for work. In the country I was born - they just told me that I would survive... crazy
