Returning passport via UPS Waybill.

Has anyone used UPS or Fedex Waybill service for a return envelop you must have sent to Canada to get back your passport after getting stamped?

My application got approved 10 days back and since then I have been tracking the way bill number everyday and there are no updates on it. Called UPS and they are asking me to contact Canada office, but am not sure if I will receive any reply from there. I have sent them an email to see if they already handed over my passport to UPS.

Passport reached CIC on Aug 3rd and it is going to be delivered to me on Aug 22
