returning international students to Canada?quarantine needed?

Hi everyone,
I am an international student from Winnipeg and I am travelling to Dubai for a vacation. I am fully vaccinated with Pfizer & Moderna with an immunization record as proof. I am also enrolled in a DLI institute. My questions is Do i have to quarantine upon arrival since I am a vaccinated passenger. I also have a study permit and a vis and a SIN number
