Returning from Canada without PR card

Hi,

I and my family will land in Canada in March 2015 and we will return to our home country after spending a month in Toronto. Since our PR cards will be delivered after our departure from Canada my cousin will send it through somebody coming to Pakistan. We will go back to Canada for settlement in the year 2016. I want to know whether there is any issue with this arrangement? .

No issues

No issues legally.
Unfortunately, my friend who was supposed to send my card to the US did not do a good job and my card got lost in the postal service.

I will never ever recommend anyone to leave canada without picking up the card.

Also, the PR card reached my friend's house within 3 weeks of landing so y ou may get yours before you leave.

Someone carrying it personally is highly preferably to mailing or sending via courier to Pakistan. Please keep in mind that (at least in 2011) if you needed to travel back to Canada without PR, it might take upto 11 weeks to receive a travel document.

Dear, Just get checked legalities from reliable source, i repeat authenticated source as i have ready on this forum that it is illegal and may result seriosuly by more than couple of people here, but i m myself not sure. Good luck
