1. I applied for an open work permit extension on 6th March 2024, when my PGWP was about to expire on 13th March to buy out some time till I receive PR invite. I applied and got a letter to work till the decision is made on my application.
2. On April 11th 2024, I got an invite for express entry and submitted my PR file on 21st April 2024. Further, I attached AOR to work permit extension file through a web form and attached a LOE as well to grant work permit extension.
3. I left Canada after this and came back to India on 27th April 2024.
4. I Got the open work permit extension approved in June 2024 when my PR application received the BIL.
5. Medical on PR file got approved on 2nd August 2024.
I changed my address from Canada to India in August second week after medical got passed.
Now if I wish to apply TRV to go back as a worker , because my PR file is taking time, do I have to show funds ? My past employer is ready to hire my again and give me an offer letter based if I get a visa to travel. If I am able to get a conditional offer letter then also I have to show funds ? If yes, then how much ?
