Returned application

My wife is Canadian, I am British and we are currently living in England . We sent our F.Class application to LONDONin August 2010 and it has just been returned 25/10/10, including cheque, without explination.
Were we supposed to send our application to Mississauga? This is the only reason we can think of as to why it was returned.

Absolutely gutted.

Sorry Dear. All outland applications are supposed to be sent to Mississauga. Once the application for sponsorship is approved, they will forward your application to the country visa office which i guess would be London.

However, confirm that the application is complete cuz that is another reason for returning an application.

Yeah you have to sent Ur application Mississauga 1st. and after sponsor ship approve they will send by self Ur file to London office.....

Just a thought: since you missed such vital information as where to send the application, I would suggest that you read through the Sponsor's Guide and the Applicant's Guide BEFORE you send your application on to CPC-Mississauga, so you're certain you have not missed other important information that might delay your processing.
