Hi,

i have applied for NOC 2173 & the file reached office by Nov 12th by which time the NOC is capped. I still didnt get my package back though. Is there anyone else who has their applications reached during the same timeline as Nov & got their packages back? just wanted to check because it's been like 4 months & i havent got it back.

Did you get any email related to your application being rejected because of cap full? Or you are assuming that your application is rejected? I think every application that reaches CIC gets opened and if rejected, they send you an email that they are sending your application back.

I have read somewhere in this forum that NOC 2173 was capped for applications reached on Aug 2nd week. i am assuming that since my file reached on 2nd week of november, i am hoping that my file will be returned back due to capped NOC.

So, is there anyone else who applied for any NOC during this time line of Nov got back their applications back?
 
it can take up to 8 months to get your file back if it is returned due to cap limit reached. you will 1st receive a letter or email from cic about it.

oh my god!! 8 months!! thats kinda ridiculous dude!! i heard that it takes 3 to 4 months but 8 months is too extreme!!
 
I am September 15th applicant , my NOC 2171. Can I hope for the best!!

Sorry to say but, its too late for sept applicants for noc 2171.

I am sept 11 and my application is on its way back.
