Returned Application

Hello all,
I am May 14th applicant
Returned August 7th and received today Sept 26th,2014
My application was returned today and the reason given was that my Job duties do not match the NOC Category 1114 I applied for.
My documents were all returned perforated with a UCI number written on my Generic form
Please advise if I am eligible to reapply under another NOC.

Yes, you are. Just make sure that you pick the right NOC.

Just curious , what did you submit as proof for your Duties, i.e. did you get a letter of reference from employer?

You can even apply under 1114 again if you get better reference letters, or even under multiple NOCs.

I think you need to state UCI number

between, did you submit letter of duties from your employer in the first attempt, if not what did you use to provide ur duties?

Did u get the PER??? or they have returned the file after sending ur PER??

Have they returned your complete documents (including IELTS+ECA) and DD?

If yes then it's optional for you to write UCI but it's better to write so they know you are willing.

UCI is normally used to locate your previous applications and documents like IELTS and ECA as you can't get second copy of IELTS easily and CIC understands that.

can you just confirm on below from where you have received or intimated for your request returned ie Aug 14th, ihave applied in jul 3rd 2014 and have not received any reply from CIC or CIO.Can any on help me on this

It's too early for you to hear anything. CIC is still opening applications from mid June. It will likely be another 2-3 weeks before they open your application.
