Return to Canada on a work permit with baby

Hi

I'm in Canada on a 2 year work permit, I had a baby here in October and would like to visit family in the UK, will we run into difficulties when we return to Canada? My Spouse (Canadian Citizen) is travelling with us but will return to Canada a week earlier than me and the baby.

I am on a live in care giver 2 yr program work permit. I came to Canada 7 months pregnant had my baby here and I left and went home twice no issue.
