Return ticket mandatory for visitors?

Hi All,

My parents are coming to visit me on visitor visa. Is it mandatory for them to have return ticket?
They have plan to stay at toronto for a month and it might get extended to 1 more month. Thats the reason i am not planning to book return ticket.

If they have a regular TRV (and not a super visa), then yes - they require return tickets. The airline most likely won't let them board the plane to Canada without them.

why do u not want a return ticket? wht is ur plan??
anyway i suggest to have a return ticket .. becoz immigration officer will be convinced and also u can change ur return date by the way
