Airline will do nothing.

However, immigration officers are not stupid. They are aware of economic situation in Spain Greece etc. Many people try what you do and are refused entry at airport.

You can expect extra questions, they will investigate why you are really here. If their not satisfied you will leave they can refuse you entry.

They can also issue you a visitor record, which gives you a limited stay in Canada, immigration officers can then come and check to see if you left.

What you are planning to do is illegal, and will get you deported and banned from Canada.

You are heading for pure trouble.. you risk being banned from Canada, maybe getting your family in trouble and a lot of ugly stuff for you and your future.
If you go as a visitor, make sure to get your ass back in that plane before your status expires and dont do any stupid things.

You can come and stay legally for 6 months but if you plan to stay over, ( without a visa ) then it's very tough to make a life with jobs which pay under the table. Once you leave ( say after after 2 years ), there is no EXIT immigration Unless they stamp your passport in Spain with re-entry date, there is no way to find out UNLESS Canadian Immigration wants to find out ( with investigation ), that is if you try to re enter Canada again and you will have to lie that you never overstayed
Its all complicated, but it's good that your asking before doing anything irrational like this

Of course, it's always possible that sooner or later someone will report you, especially if you upset them.
Then your troubles really begin....

Where are you?

(I'm assuming Canada... If so, are you Canadian or a PR?)

Where is he?

You need to provide a lot more of your story for people to give you sensible advice.

I m here in Canada, permanent residence..my husband is in Egypt. We are actually preparing the sponsorship, but we know will take long to approve it. That's why he plan to apply for visitor visa instead so he can help me on my labor and this our first baby. I'm not worried abt his financial, I'm more worried about my financial status..

OK, if he can demonstrate to CIC that he has VERY strong ties to Egypt and will absolutely return home, he may be able to obtain a visitor visa. If for a moment they suspect that he would stay, he would be refused. I really don't know if having an active PR application in place would help or hinder. I don't think you have to provide any proof of income for a visitor visa applied for by him. You might have to provide a letter of invitation, but you should check the CIC web site for the exact requirements.

I would definitely obey however long you are granted to stay, even if its beyond the return ticket you have, they will find out if you haven't left regardless of what. So yes, whether you're granted 3 or 6 months you have to leave by the end of that.
