Return package

I send my application on may 10 received may 16.

I talk to an agent this morning. He told me they received the package may 16 but they returned it yesterday.... form not complete properly.... do you know if I will have to wait another 3 months to know if I am approved or not ?

Generally they give you a deadline for returning it. As long as they have it back by that deadline, they will process it when they receive it back and you won't need to wait in the queue. Or so others who have had applications returned to them have reported. But as with anything involving CIC your individual case may deviate from the norm.

Would you mind me asking what exactly did you not complete in the forms? Just so that the others can know not to make that mistake....

Yes, please advise why they returned.

Note that I had forms returned due to out of date forms and I had no return deadline and have to wait 3 months again.

I've just had an email saying we were missing a form in my application (in the sponsorship approval stage) and we were given a deadline to send in the form

its the form 1344 they say I didnt included it in the package....

but I am 99.9 % sure it was there....

I had mine sent back also for a missing signiture. They gave a dead line but as soon as i sent it back yo rhem they had proccessed it and i was approved for me to spondor my husband on the same day they recieved it. Sooo as long as u get it back to them before the dead line theyll start it right away

ohh that makes me feel a bit better about this situation! I was worried they would put my application at the bottom of the pile!

Is it just the IMM1344 (agreement undertaking etc.....) and the Generic IMM0008 form for the applicant, and Schedule A, the one's that were updated and the new forms we should be including right??....all the other forms seems the same to me...
