Return of NO EE PR Application due to incorrect amount of fee paid.

Hi everyone,

Our NON EE PR Application has been returned

Reason: Incorrect fee amount paid.

We applied throught a consultancy, and they paid only the Right Of Residence Fee ($575), and they forgot to pay the Processing Fee ($950).

I have a few questions about if you are aware.

Upon paying the remaining fee and resubmission of our NON EE PR Application,

1. Which date of submission will be considered for processing, like the first date of submission or the date of resubmission?

2. Do we need to extend the OINP nomination, as it is expired now?

3. Do we need to get the new pcc as it is expiring in January 2025?

Upon paying the remaining fee and resubmission of our NON EE PR Application,

1. Which date of submission will be considered for processing, like the first date of submission or the date of resubmission?
Your application will go back into queue again and everything will start from scratch even processing time.
2. Do we need to extend the OINP nomination, as it is expired now? if your nomination is expired, you have to extend it to apply again. You have to send webform to OINP and attach refusal letter as a proof and ask them to extend your nomination to apply again.

3. Do we need to get the new pcc as it is expiring in January 2025?
If there is expiry date on PCC , then you have to apply for new one however you can also apply with expired PCC , if they need they will request new one later on .
