Return of application fees

Hi,

I have recived an e-mail on March 23, 2012 advising that my application is not eligible for review and that the application fees will be returned through a cheque within 8 to 12 weeks. Five months have passed so far and nothing is received. Can anybody advise how can I call the centralized intake office for follow up. I tried to reply their e-mail but it didn't go through.

i sent email few days before and they sent me a form to fill and promised to pay soon. there is backlog in payments
. pray that this backlog is not like before

I got it back after 6 months. so I would suggest u to wait a bit more and then send a Case Specific Inquiry to VO/ CIO.

Dear All,

I am also in the same boat since I got refusal letter on 8th March 2012 and been advised by them to have my refund within 8 to 12 weeks, but not recieved any response until now .

Please let me know If is there any procedure to claim my refund??
