Hi...

I have already got the student visa for September 2009 intake which is valid till 01 August 2010. I had applied for P.G. Diploma 1 year , Financial Services in Humber College.


I have gone to canada in month of August 2009 to attend the college but due to some family problems i have to return back to india in September 2009.
Everything is normal now in family and i don't want to miss the oppurtunity of studing in Canada , so i want to know as my student visa is valid till August 2010 , so can i again apply to same or anyother college in Canada for P.G. Diploma? What will the process for applying i.e. from starting or there will requirement of only offer letter by embassy?

while ur returning di du inform to ur college people or ur case officer`s
if so
u can get an letter for sem differ
r else u can apply to them by explaning them about ur family conditions
and then u can re-join the same college

i have informed college ans they have returned me the fees....

as i want to go again now , but the same course in same college is in sep 2010 not before....

1. So if i go canada now without any new offer letter , can i go to canada with visa valid?
2. OR , if i can go now , can i take admission on reaching there in some other course (P.G. diploma only) but same college? will it be legal and fine?

Plz need suggestions , plz reply...there is no response from embassy since last week....
