I have been living in Canada since 2010 on work permit. I have 2 kids under 10 and I have never claimed CCB. Can I do that retrospectively? How long does it take if yes?

You can, but I believe you can only go back 18 months.

hello, what do you mean by this? We landed on September 2021 under a work permit and now we already received our Permanent residency and filed CCB are we able to receive benefits from the date we landed?

You only qualify for CCB after 18 months of living in Canada if you are on a work permit. you'll only qualify for CCB from when you received PR as long as your child is in Canada with you
