retrieve documents from WP application

So here is my story (might be the same as most of you) my employer has gone deaf and mute when I asked them for a reference letter..have sent almost 25 follow ups but neither they reply on mail and nor pucking up the call.

so my employer did file for my WP extension some where in Jan 2013 and it was an online application and I am damn sure that with that application package they must have attached a reference letter for the roles n responsibilities so I was thinking to use the same letter.

the WP application was approved so my question is that is there any way I can get the documents from CIC when the WP application was submitted? Please do let me know.

write an explaination letter about this non coperation from your employer , attach it along with ur CEC package , submit all other proofs like Pasyslips , any prveious letters , NOA, workeprmit copies both original and the extended , get a letter from your reporting client if possible with duties , hours , and role , it should help
