Reason mentioned
Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada.

How long a trip did you request? Is your entire family coming with you? How much did you show in available funds? Have you previously traveled to countries requiring visas such as the US or UK?

FYI - Property documents showing your father as owner have no value.

Hi
I applied for TRV online for my parents. I am currently on PR in Canada. I applied on 19th Feb and got refusal with below comment.

You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your / your host's income and assets.

Can anyone help. After how much time I should apply for their visa and which documents should I provide this time.

From where did you get the property evaluation done ? What is the procedure. Did you apply yourself or through some agent.

A visit of two months is too long. They should have asked for 3-4 weeks max.

Provident Fund won't help. It cannot be used to pay for the visit because it is locked-in. It's the same for the bonds.

1. What was the purpose of their visit?

2. What documents did they submit?

3. How much liquid funds did they show for the visit? Did you provide your financial documents?

1. What was the purpose of their visit? Purpose of visit was to meet family and visit some near tourist places

2. What documents did they submit?- My father is retired person (retired last year ) and working in the same company as consultant. I attached his consultant letter where it was showing how much he is getting on monthly basis. Do you think If I attached his last 3 year return and current year 16A & 26 form as he is not in permanent job but getting money . Will that help.

3. How much liquid funds did they show for the visit? Did you provide your financial documents?
- Liquid funds were not much. How much I should show.

Also in my first application I showed that he will bear his expenses. In the next application can I show I will bear the expense or just support my first statement in my application .
Actually one of my friend applied for his father and followed the same process and it got approved. He just showed FD of 50-60 LAC.

That's probably why your parents were refused. TRV applicants are expected to prove they can afford the visit with their own finances.

An unofficial guide: CAD 1,000 per week of visit per person + airfare (without borrowing from anyone)

Your finances are secondary/supplementary

It is incorrect to compare with someone else's application because the specifications/circumstances of your friend's father's application could be completely different from that of your parents.

Also, FD is a completely different financial instrument ( can be liquidated anytime) as compared to Provident Fund (locked-in)

You will need to post more details:
1. Purpose of their visit?

2. List of documents that they submitted

3. What strong ties can they demonstrate: Employment/business + property/land ownership + dependent family members + financials + previous travel history, etc?
