Now that FSW has resumed, I want to know what are the chances for a candidate with CRS of 381.

The first FSW draw had a cutoff of 557, so thats enarly 200 points away !

Assuming you are not joking, then, no chance. FSW with 381 has never got a chance.

Zero chance through FSW. You need to increase your score by 100 or look at PNP.
