Restortaion of Status Help

Hi

My PSWP expired on 11 Nov 2015. I applied for extension on 31st Oct 2015 so that i have an implied and continued working

But now i have a reply saying that my work permit extension request is refused i knew this before coz i didnt apply with a LMIA

i have my BC PNP file in process i received my AOR For BC PNP on 20 Jan 2015 but i still havnt heard from BC PNP relating to nomination

Now i have question ... since my work permit extension is refused the letter mentions that i have 90 days to apply for restoration

if i don't get my BC PNP is few days can i apply for restoration as a visitor and will they issue a visitor visa

Please help..

Yes - you can apply to restore your status to visitor.

However you must stop working right now (if you haven't stopped working already).

yeah i have stopped working

if could also let me know what are chances of visitor visa being cancelled if applied under rejection...

and what can i do to make my chances stronger for approval
