restoring status as a visitor...please help..

Hi there
Actually, I want to restore my status as a visitor but have some difficulties in filling the form.
how much fund i have to show for a visitor visa..
purpose of my visit
name and address of any person or institution where I will visit

I dont know what to fill in these questions... please help
