I had my open work permit that expired a couple days before receiving my SINP nomination (restricted) and I already submitted my PR application (no AOR yet). Do I need the T13 to apply for a work permit restoration or is the PNP certificate enough? I went thorught the questionaire and the documents checklist didn't ask for that one so I'm confused.
