Restoration!!!

Hi,

I am applying for restoration as a visitor. I am currently filling IMM 5708 and I’m intending to write applying for study permit in the purpose of visit section. I am also writing a statement explaining why I fell out of status (pgwp refused) and why I should be given the visitor status.

In the statement I’m writing why I fell out of status and the reason for the refusal was that I did not study continuesly so I am also explaining briefly why I did not study continuesly. And for the second part (why I should be granted visitor visa) I am writing that I will be applying for study permit again in the future and I need time to get admission and give ielts. Is this good enough reason? What else can I possibly add to this? Thanks

how many semesters did you take a break from studying, under the new rules since 14 feb you may eligible even if you take a break from studying, which semester did you take a break was it final or, give more details.see the new rules

You are still not eligible if you took an unauthorized break. Requirement is to prove that you were still pursuing your studies during that break. OP's question has been answered in several other posts made by her/him.
