Restoration with visitor visa

Why withdraw?? U already waited for 8 days..wait for 30 days more and u will get it..

Why u wan put from out of country.. restoration has to be done inside canada if you are not in canada at time of application for restoration it will not be accepted..

Not as of now. Will still see for the rest of today and monday too. If it is 38 days indeed, then I might have to withdraw.

I know, that is why I said withdraw. Because what is wrong in case of leaving within 90 day grace period? Because the problem is I can't work here anyway. If the question is only of waiting for ITA, then I can do that from anywhere. That's what I was thinking at least.

$6200, but I asked for a restoration to visitor only until first week of Feb.

Hey when is ur 90 days period expiring?? Because i am going to apply on sept. 5th and my 90 days gets over on sept. 21st and if it is 38 days online processing then it will come after 90 days period.. i donno if i am allowed to stay till i get the decision.. do u knw??

My 90 days expired long back. I applied for it before expiry of my permit but I got a response after 110 days.

ohh. so your bowp got refused on wat basis? because usually bowp doesnt get refused.. and you got letter from cic saying to restore your status??

PNP closed and I had not sent any application for permanent residence by the time they got to my application. So refused. No AOR or anything. Yes I got letter saying about restoration.

ohh. so you did not sent the AOR or PNP or anything... but then it is incomplete application right..

Same my case i am working right now on implied status as i sent the docs for bowp but without any base like AOR or PNP i dont have... so it will be refused..
But i was thinking for bowp to refuse and then apply restoration as officer will give option, but then i thought if the officer dont give option to restore the status then i will be left with no option but to leave canada... so applying within 90 days of expiry of my work permit...

It could have been that but in my case I did not get incomplete. I just got a refusal which said my status ended on the day they sent that email. So I got the benefit of implied status in my case.

wait for your bowp to process. you will be in implied status until the result comes, that is legal temporary status. They always give option for restoration and it has to be 90 days from rejection of your application and not 90days from expiry of yourwork permit.
