I was hoping to find some answers on how long restoration takes for an open work permit. I am sponsoring my common law spouse for his PR and he applied for an open work permit, he already had one so he was on implied status until we had the application sent back because we had only paid $100 not the $155. The application was sent back after his old work permit expired so he is now under restoration. We have sent the application back again with appropriate payment Dec 14, anyone know how long it will take now? It still hasnt shown up online as recieved yet.
