Hi,

Anyone knows the processing times for the restoration of a Open Work Permit in 2024?

Can I assume that the processing time is the same of a Work Permit Extension inside Canada?

Hello. I lost my status in May 2024 and applied to restore it two weeks later. The lawyer who has my case told me that the processing time is the same of the Work permit extension inside Canada. Did you receive the response from IRCC?

Hi. In my case I received my approval in a time similar to the Inland extension work permit waiting time. It was around 90 days.
