restoration stage information plz

HI PLZ I need a some information regarding my restoration status.
my work-permit was expired on 14 august. I applied for work-permit extension and restoration on the basis of provencial nominee program on 12 september.
So I would like to know that they are giving 3 months that we can stay here. so On what date I should start to count that 3 months. And if I will not get any reply within 3 months from cic than what should I do??
Meanwhile I just got my P.r application file number.

I am looking for your reply friends . THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR ME. PLZ GIVE ME SOME ADVISE

i heard u can apply for bridge work permit after u get ur federal file number, they are gonna issue 18 months work permit for u.just google it

the 90 day limit starts from 15 august..so you are close now..once you apply for it..u r implied status..so dont worry..even if you dont hear back from them after nov 15...the 90 day limit means ur restoration application should be submitted before that day...so apply as soon as possible..n look for info about open bridge work permit..

You are on implied status as soon as your application for restoration of status and work-permit extension was received by CIC. The 90-day period is the grace period to submit the application for restoration of status; once you have submitted an application within this grace period, you fall under implied status and can continue to stay in the country, (but cannot work) until you get results of your application.

hi tarak,
if you have applied for a restoration of status and work permit within a 90 days period then you are good to go and can stay in canada until you hear a disicion about your application from cic.
i hope you have applied for a work permit based on LMO or nomination certificate because you are not eligible for a bridging open work permit since your work permit has already expired and one of the requirements for that is to have a valid work permit that is set to expire within a 4 months window.
