When you apply for new permit the visa officer will look at your case with discrimination since you've been staying in Canada without a status.

I think it you were given a time to leave and you leave on time its the best thing to do at this point.

No one can give you an answer. Submit the documents and wait for IRCC to decide.

So you just provided the transcript of your private college? Details will help others in same situation.

Hi i lost my status ,SP extension was refused without specific reason, now i need to apply for restoration.

Hey guys! I have a situation here and anything can help. I had applied for pr this January along with bridging work permi. But my or file came back becz of a missing document this my bringing permit application came back too.
After that I applied for restoration of visitor through a representative and pr again as well. My is still ongoing but I got a refusal for my restoration and I realise despite of me making sure it had to be a visitor application my representative applied for a open work permit restoration.
Now I am left with no choice and am leaving this Sunday. So that me being here does not affect my PR process.
Is there any other chance of me not leaving the country! Any suggestions would be helpful...

do you think if I go to the border and explain them my situation, they could help me?!

If you are beyond the 90 days, there is no other option but to leave.

Going to the border is not advisable, as you have been in Canada illegally for several months now.

I would advice you to leave asap and get professional help from a good firm of lawyers. If you go to border they will not be able to help and you might get in more trouble, sometimes when someone goes to them they issue an deportation order or escort you to the plane, and this needs to be documented and you dont want this to stay with border services as your last piece of information while you leave. If I were you I would leave and find a law firm to correct my past mistakes and apply appropriately.

A lawyer can't do anything "to correct past mistakes". OP can just wait outside of Canada for their PR app to be processed.

I was saying in terms of no luck with the PR application. There is always a way to correct past mistakes and cover that up with a new application. But yes, OP can wait for the process.
